2. Rider Qualifications & Verifications
To rent and operate any vehicle through Indivio, you must satisfy the following criteria:

3. Rental Period & Handover
The rental period begins at the pickup time specified in your booking confirmation and ends at the return time.
- Grace Period: We allow a maximum 30-minute grace period for pick-ups. Delayed pick-ups exceeding 2 hours without notification may lead to automatic cancellation with no refund.
- Condition Check: The rider must perform a visual inspection of the vehicle alongside our partner representative, recording any existing damage or scratches in the checklist before departing.
4. Speed Limits & Over-Speeding Penalties
Safety is our highest priority. To protect our community and vehicles, all cars and bikes are equipped with real-time GPS telemetry:
Exceeding the speed limit of 80 km/h triggers an in-vehicle alarm and registers an infraction.
- 1st Violation: Warning Alert (System SMS).
- 2nd Violation: ₹500 penalty.
- 3rd Violation: ₹1,500 penalty and immediate termination of booking with no refund of the security deposit.
5. Prohibited Activities

- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances.
- Racing, off-roading, stunting, drifting, or commercial passenger transport (ridesharing).
- Sub-leasing, lending, or letting unauthorized friends operate the vehicle.
