Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you. This includes:

  • Personal Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and Firebase Auth profile details.
  • Verification Credentials: Images of your Driving License, date of birth, and identity verification selfies.
  • Location Data: Real-time GPS location and telemetry of the vehicle during your rental period to ensure vehicle safety and adherence to boundaries.
  • Payment Records: Transaction indicators from secure gateways (e.g., PhonePe transaction status, amount paid). We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed in accordance with privacy laws to deliver a premium mobility service:

  • To verify identity and confirm driver license eligibility under local Indian laws.
  • To process your bookings, manage payment sessions, and issue rental receipts.
  • To track vehicle telemetry, speed infractions, boundaries, and overall vehicle recovery.
  • To communicate transaction updates, policy revisions, and booking notifications.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with trusted providers to perform necessary actions:

  • Payment Services: PhonePe PG SDK is utilized securely to complete payment verification.
  • Identity Verification: Verification systems for validating license databases.
  • Insurance Partners: In the event of an accident, rental details are shared with claims assessors.
  • Legal Compliance: Under valid warrants or court orders issued by law enforcement in Varanasi.

4. Security Measures

We implement advanced security standards:

  • Firestore database rules restrict access to your license details only to you and authorized compliance admins.
  • All document uploads (e.g., license cards) are stored securely in Firebase Storage with restricted permission tokens.
  • API communications are encrypted using standard TLS/SSL protocols.

5. Data Deletion Rights

You maintain full control of your identity data. You may request data deletion or account closure by contacting us at privacy@indivio.in. Once processed, all personal identifying documents are permanently deleted from our Firebase Storage buckets within 30 days.
