By using the Indivio app or website, you agree to these terms. Indivio provides a platform for food and shop delivery specifically designed for Nirmali and other tier-three cities in Bihar. These terms govern your access and use of our services.

2. User Accounts

To use Indivio, you must provide a valid phone number for OTP verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Orders placed on Indivio are subject to acceptance by the respective restaurant or shop. While we strive for timely delivery in the local terrain of Nirmali, factors like weather, traffic, and local conditions may affect delivery times.

• Payments can be made via UPI, cards, or cash on delivery where available.
• Cancellations are only permitted before the restaurant starts preparing the food.
• Users must provide accurate delivery addresses to assist our Indivio Riders.

4. Partner (Restaurant & Shop) Terms

Partners using the Indivio platform must comply with our service standards to ensure a great experience for our community.

• Partners must maintain valid licenses, including FSSAI where applicable.
• Menu prices on Indivio must be consistent with in-store prices.
• Partners are responsible for the quality and safety of the items provided.

5. Intellectual Property

The 'Indivio' name, logo, and all content on this platform are the property of Indivio. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indivio is a platform connecting users and partners. We are not liable for the quality of products supplied by partners, though we actively monitor and filter partners based on user feedback to maintain high standards.
